first baby attempt to create small story with drawings in it, it was done very fast (kind of scetch style)... But I think little by little... step by step... ))) Of course graphic here is very very simple even childish, may be in that case that is even better...

DIA_studio:Unity _ patterns Hochzeit (me and Alexandra)
Summer Semester 2009 _ My first experience in group work =) it was not easy - but it was cool, me and Alexandra - were like Molotov cocktail - ready to explode, 2 woman in one team -Yes =))) it was all the time personal - the process of creation... but we were too friendly to make WAR! And in the end we found our common solution. We had 2 different ideas, My - connectivity, Alexandra’s - Decomposition. In the result - not sacrificing each other - we just married our Patters, so they lived happily ever after.

That is one of my projects made in Dessau DIA, a film for final presentation 2008 summer semester and here it is, but please do not be in a hurry, because it is relatively long – 6 minutes, in our times 6 minutes it is too much, I know. But it was created for me to talk about the pictures U can see there. There is some music instead of my voice, just let your eyes wander around the images. May be you will find smth interesting for you there – I think that the idea is nice after all.

And I have the first story… The initial name is “Benches”
it is very simple – one thought in fact. Well - as I wanted, actually! It is about our Heart and some people, with whom we share our hearts (friends, soul-mates and the other nice or important for us persons). The Idea is like this – our soul I see as an endless field with the high grass (for me-it is wheat), on the shore of the river (it could be an allegory for time).We are sitting on the shore – looking at the river – living our life. But we are not alone – there are so many creatures -watching the river too. For some of them we have special places in our soul-field, only for them… We build a Bench (figuratively) for that person – and from now on that place in our Heart is somehow shared – it is not only “My” but more - it is “His” (Her) as well. When he is near – he sits there on the Bench with us and we face the river flow down, together… When he is not there -we feel empty, sometimes maybe even lonely… But that Benches, that heart sharing, make our soul more deep and beautiful, that places links us to the other souls, because there are benches for us in people’s hearts…
But in the end – there should be no words - only pictures. Words make things heavy – and words lie, I want people understand and feel the idea by themselves, in their own way… I want to make no conclusions …

My search of Harmony...

I like - Today… Today is a very good day to start things, I really believe in it. Cos what we have is only Today and Now(yesterday and tomorrow – are sweet illusions)… So the other (going parallel with C-project) idea I’d like to work on – is a HARMONY search and translating it! In a broad sense of that word… it is so unclear even in my head – what is harmony? In Music, Poetry, Picture, Architecture, in Life _____ in our Universe ____ some magic law that keep things together (you may call it God, if you like), balancing and changing constantly… We had in Dessau last semester very interesting Workshop with Carlos Campos (the name was” Search of entropy “– as far as I remember) the idea was to translate things into other Languages(but not from English / Spanish/ Chinese) _but the language of Form into the language of Numbers, and then the language of Music into the language of Colours…. And so so so on… Idea is really great. I love it! For me it was an attempt of extracting some sort of formula of Harmony from different things. Very personal and subjective attempt , of course - but nothing is perfect, so why not to try find one by myself. As prof. Haase says :”Subject, Question, Method”… Now I have a subject and a question – the only thing I need so far is a Method. I will pick up my favourite – Experimenting =)… so let’s search now!

For a Long-long time, I have a desire to make a Comics book (series of Stories in Pictures)… And had no time for it, yes it happens ! I know that the most hard thing is to START, hope with writing this words – I establish the beginning of that project! Ok! Good! Feel better =) now, I need a first story, not so long – but inspiring at the same time – to try myself in smth new, to understand what is to be done. And I want that story to be Philosophical at some point, making people think or stop thinking – or just to see the World from a new point of view , with the new glasses filter (positive, autumn – blues-mood, deep, beautiful… different). May be only one character is enough, one character and the World around. May be it could be just a song, melody, photo, person - as an Inspiration______ don’t know yet. But 4 sure I will be searching for it that days… If You, my dear reader have some Ideas – you are more than welcome to SAY it, please =)
